FoodBook

Foodbook is an inventory and sales management system developed purposely for eateries and restaurants. It is designed to manage information in all channels from raw material purchase, production and sales to the final consumer. Foodbook also comes with a messaging service that sends reorder notifications to suppliers when stock levels reach a specified level. The main components of the application are
- System Administration: Provides user several interfaces to define parameters used in the application such as type of expenses, measure and security.
- Store: Handles purchases, returns, payments to suppliers, stock levels and supplies to production (kitchen) department.
- Restaurant: Represents the sales section that maintains supplies from kitchen to point of sales and to customer.
- Messaging: Provides a medium to send reorder notification to suppliers and sent messages report.
- Expenses: A system to keep track of daily expenses and production cost.
- Reports: A reporting system for all aforementioned components that include inventory, sales and expenses.
