Revmate is an integrated revenue administration application with a complete suite of solutions that enhances tax audit, internal control and governance and provides a comprehensive platform for Internal Revenue Boards to place services offered to tax payers. This suite of solutions comprises of modular applications that can adequately function independently or interface seamlessly together to automate tax operations covering concerns such as motor vehicle registration and licensing, vehicle license renewal or replacement, hackney permit, change of vehicle ownership, personal income tax – PAYE or Direct Assessment, withholding tax, stamp duties, etc. The system is also designed to ultimately make provision for the wider facet of tax administration in areas ranging from registration, collection, accounting, debt recovery, returns processing, risk assessment and data matching to produce unparallel tax payers’ service delivery. Taxworx is the tax assessment module which provides the platform that individual tax payers and tax agents can fill in their various income information or salary table (tax agents) and the system automatically raise assessment for each tax payer. These modules also handle the remittance for employers and employees in both public and private sectors.
The MVA service enables individuals or organizations to register their vehicle, renew vehicle license and perform other relevant transactions related to the ownership of vehicles. This module also controls the inventory and distribution of plate numbers by authorities of the revenue board.
This is the payment module and is an integral part of the integrated tax application system. This section will be solely accessed by authorized banks to handle and process payments between the revenue agency and tax payers.
The Bioworx module is a subset of the tax payer identification (TIN) module designed to capture and register tax payers fingerprint. Scanned fingerprints will be used for tax payer verification and identification purposes.
